Flexi rates: A valid credit card is required for guarantee only and will not be charged at the time of booking. Guest to provide payment directly to the hotel on arrival.
Non-refundable rates: Full prepayment will be taken on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation(s) after 24 hours of confirming your booking. Failed prepayment will result in your booking being cancelled.
Flexi rates: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of the first nights' accommodation rate.
Non-refundable rates: Non-refundable if cancelled.
No Show: In the event of guest(s) not turning up / no-show a penalty of the first night’s total accommodation cost inclusive of GST will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Check-In Time is from 2pm daily and Check-Out Time is by 10am daily.
Early Check-in & Late check-out is available with prior arrangement with our reservations or reception team, additional fee may apply. Rates are subject to change.
Children aged 12 years and under are free of charge when using existing bedding and are accompanied by a paying adult. The maximum number of children varies per room. An extra adult in the room will incur a charge of NZ$45 per person per night.
If you are someone who lives with the support of a “Disability Assist Dog”, you are welcome to bring them with you to stay in any of our rooms, it doesn’t have to be a special pet stay room. The dog must be certified by an approved organisation like the Blind Foundation, Assistance Dogs NZ or Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ.
You must abide by the Sale of Liquor Act 2012 not to serve alcohol to intoxicated persons or minors. Jet Park Hotels take their host responsibility policies very seriously. Alcohol Must Not be consumed in the carpark and other public facilities.
Within Jet Park Hotel there is a strict NO Party Policy. The hotel will monitor any noise and one warning will be given. In the event that this warning is disregarded, all occupants will be asked to leave the premises immediately and one night’s accommodation will be charged. Due to Jet Park Hotel’s fire evacuation procedures, a maximum of 4 additional persons can be granted entry into the room at the primary person’s discretion. Any additional persons will be turned away.
All visitors will be asked to leave after 10 pm and only the guests registered for the room may stay in the hotel.
Jet Park Hotels are non-smoking hotels for all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. Please note, the cleaning fee for smoking is $230 chargeable to the guest if caught smoking. This is to cover the cost of dry cleaning drapes, cushions.
Fire Exit instructions and signages are in the hotel corridors, main lobbies and on the inside of your room. In case of evacuation, put on your mask before exiting the room and meet at the Evacuation Point. Follow all instructions from the staff onsite.
All smoke detectors are connected to the fire alarm system, and any smoke detectors tampered with or removed will incur a $400 fine.
We take pride in providing you with a comfortable room with great facilities, please respect the contents of your room. Do report any issues or accidental breakages, please note: where items are damaged due to your actions or neglect, you will be liable for the cost to replace or repair any items broken in your room during your stay. Where we must organise additional cleaning services as a result of your actions or neglect, you will be liable for the cost.
Under no circumstances are any objects or liquids of any kind to be thrown/ poured off the suites. In case of disregard, the relevant authorities will be contacted to follow up regarding an attempted malicious assault. If it is discovered “your room” is guilty of such behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Room rates are in NZ Dollars and include 15% GST or as legislated.
A credit card/cash bond will be taken to cover costs should any damage occur, or excessive cleaning is required. A minimum of $200 bond is taken per room booked. In the event of any damages, the primary guest assumes all responsibility and therefore, assumes all charges whether the damage was caused by themselves or any other persons entering the room/any part of the hotel.
