How will I know how many Airpoints I've earned at JetPark Hotels?

You’ll earn 1 Airpoint for every $20 on eligible bookings, or a percentage of an Airpoint for every part thereof.

You can find out how many Airpoints you’ve earned on individual purchases at JetPark Hotels when you sign into your online Koru account on Air New Zealand’s website.

The Aipoints Dollars I earned at JetPark Hotels aren't showing in my Airpoints account. What do I do?

First, double-check the date of your purchase. We’ll load any Airpoints™ Dollars you earn at JetPark Hotels onto your Airpoints™ account within 7 days of your eligible purchase being transacted. If it’s been less than 7 working days, hold tight.

When do Airpoints Dollars expire?

Your Airpoints Dollars will remain valid for four years from the date they were accrued to your Account. Following four years from accrual, the Airpoints Dollars will expire and be removed from your Account on the anniversary of the day you joined the Airpoints Programme. Can I spend my Airpoints Dollars at JetPark Hotels?

The ability to spend Airpoints Dollars on products or services is not currently available at JetPark Hotels. However, you are able to spend your Airpoints Dollars on a range of products on the Airpoints Store.

What happens when I cancel a booking that I earned Airpoints for?

If a booking is cancelled or dishonoured for any reason, any Airpoints Dollars earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Airpoints account that earned the Airpoints Dollars at the time of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

In partnership with Air New Zealand, JetPark Hotels customers can earn Airpoints in accordance with the terms, conditions, and exclusions below:

  1. You can earn Airpoints each time you make an eligible booking made online at JetPark Hotels.
  2. To be eligible, customers must enter their valid Koru details (previously Airpoints) at the online checkout. The Koru number provided must belong to the customer and match the name on the booking and at check-in. Using someone else’s Koru number will result in ineligibility.
  3. Airpoints are awarded at a rate equivalent to 1 Airpoint for every $20 (including GST) spent on the purchase of goods, excluding the cost of delivery.
  4. We may offer extra Airpoints (Bonus Airpoints) on eligible purchases. These goods and/or the number of Bonus Airpoints may change at any time without notice.
  5. We may also make limited Bonus Airpoints offers direct to all or to selected Koru members (previously Airpoints) at our discretion.
  6. Airpoints cannot be earned on Group, Corporate, or Wholesale bulk bookings. 
  7. Airpoints earned through JetPark Hotels will be loaded onto your Koru account (previously Airpoints) within 7 working days of your eligible purchase having been paid for in full.
  8. You cannot earn Air New Zealand status points through JetPark Hotels.
  9. JetPark Hotels and Air New Zealand reserve the right to deduct Airpoints earned through JetPark Hotels from your Koru account (previously Airpoints) if the payment on which those Airpoints were earned is refunded or dishonoured for any reason.
  10. By earning Airpoints through JetPark Hotels you authorise us to collect, use and disclose the personal information we have collected from you, including information about your Airpoints, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the JetPark Hotels Privacy Policy and the Air New Zealand Airpoints Terms and Conditions.
  11. We may also collect personal information about you on an anonymised and limited basis from Air New Zealand or its other Koru partners (previously Airpoints), including information about your membership of Koru and about where and when you earn Airpoints, and share that information with Air New Zealand and other Koru partners.
  12. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice:
    • change these Terms and Conditions at any time if Air New Zealand changes the Air New Zealand Airpoints Terms and Conditions; or
    • stop awarding Airpoints to you at any time at our discretion if we cease to be a partner in Air New Zealand’s Koru Programme (previously Airpoints).
  13. We are not responsible and accept no liability for verifying whether you are the person/entity entitled to earn Airpoints (including Bonus Airpoints) in relation to a purchase of goods or whether another person/entity should in fact be the beneficiary of those Airpoints.
  14. We are not responsible and accept no liability for any breach by Air New Zealand or its other Koru partners (previously Airpoints) of their obligations to you in respect of the Koru Programme (previously Airpoints).
