Free Airport Shuttle Service

The JetPark Auckland Airport shuttle service is now operated by The Yellow Bus Company. The service runs via JetPark and Ibis, offering a closer and more convenient pick-up and drop-off point at Auckland Airport. Guests can download the New Shuttle Guide for a detailed visual map.

The shuttle remains complimentary for all guests staying at JetPark Auckland or attending conferences and events at the hotel. Simply show your room booking or car storage confirmation email to the driver when boarding. If supporting documentation cannot be provided at the time, guests may purchase a ticket and arrange reimbursement at reception. Our team will be happy to assist.

Please note that the shuttle service is available for individual guests only. For group transport arrangements, our friendly Reception team will be happy to assist.

• Once you exit international arrivals, turn right and follow the "Buses" sign, make your way out through Door 4.
• Cross the pedestrian crossing and follow the green line leading to the Transport Hub.
• Turn right and follow the “Hotel Bus” signs to Bus Stop D.
• Please wait at the shared bus stop and look out for The Yellow Bus displaying “JetPark Auckland & Ibis Budget” on the LED sign.

DOMESTIC SHUTTLE GUIDE

• Follow the “Buses” signs and exit via DOOR 2, located between Air New Zealand Check-in and the Oversized Bag Drop-off area.
• Turn right into the Transport Hub and proceed to Bus Stop D.
• Please wait at the shared bus stop and look out for The Yellow Bus displaying “JetPark Auckland & Ibis Budget” on the LED sign.
