COVID-19 has changed the way we interact with each other. Physical distancing is being encouraged by health professionals and our government to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The current physical distancing guidelines dictate that people should stay at least 1 metre away from each other.
We have revised our seating plans to allow you to choose between 1 metre or if you prefer, 2 metre physical distancing. We will also be there to manage contact tracing so you can focus on your meeting.
We have customized the capacity of our conference rooms to help you make the right decision in these challenging times.

Kiwi Ballroom is located on the ground floor and is the largest space at 228m2. This space seats up to 96 people (1m distance) and 40 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
The Kiwi Conference Room is on the ground floor and this space is 114m2. This space seats up to 40 people (1m distance) and 20 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
The Pukeko Conference Room is on the ground floor and this space is 114m2. This space seats up to 40 people (1m distance) and 20 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
Kokako Room is located on the top floor and is 109m2. This space seats up to 40 people (1m distance) and 19 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
Tui Room is located on the top floor and is 70m2. This space seats up to 30 people (1m distance) and 12 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
The Fantail Boardroom is excellent for private meetings. This space seats up to 3 people (1m distance) and 3 people (2m distance) depending on the setup style.
