Shuttle Guide: International Terminal - Images for reference
- The walkway is about 3-5 minutes walk from the arrival terminal. Please follow the “Shuttle pick up” signs once you have collected your bags and passed customs. Exit via DOOR 5.
- Cross the large zebra crossing over to the large container-covered walkway. You will find the construction of the new parking in front of you.
- Once you have crossed the zebra crossing, you will enter the blue containers indicating the shuttle pick up, follow this. At the end of the container walkway, to your left, you will see a shuttle bay. Kindly wait by the Jetstar bus stop next to the shelter bay area.
- Please look out for a Johnston’s shuttle bus with the JetPark signage on the window of the vehicle which will stop at the northern end of Bay 2.
Shuttle Guide: Domestic Terminal
- Please make your way towards the Jetstar terminal and exit on DOOR 8.
- Cross the zebra crossing to the far side and wait at the Collection Shelters.
- Please look out for a Johnston’s shuttle with the JetPark signage on the vehicle window.
- The shuttle will pull up at the bay next to the sheltered area.
